The future of paper isn't in forests—it's in fallen leaves.
Sustainable technology makes it real.
Our innovative machine breathes new life into fallen dry leaves by transforming them into sustainable paper, powered by IoT automation. More than a process—it's a movement against deforestation, waste, and pollution. Join us as we re-envision what nature's leftovers can become—because every leaf deserves a second life.
Designing a machine that transforms dry leaves into usable paper.
Utilizing IoT to track electricity, water, and raw material usage in real time.
Ensuring efficient, user-friendly, and consistent paper output.
Reducing production costs and environmental impact compared to traditional methods.
Proving the potential of dry leaves as an eco-friendly paper alternative.
Each year, over 400 million tons of paper are produced, fueling deforestation and consuming massive resources. In the Philippines, over 1.42 million hectares of forest have been lost, and more than 61,000 tons of waste are generated daily—much of it biodegradable like used paper and dry leaves. Despite existing environmental laws like the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act (RA 9003), enforcement remains weak. Dry leaves and paper waste continue to be overlooked as reusable materials, and current recycling systems often exclude these types of waste due to cost and process limitations.
BeLeaf IT 4.0 is an innovative project that transforms dry leaves and used paper into eco-friendly paper using an automated machine with IoT-based real-time monitoring. This system:
With BeLeaf IT 4.0, we aim to provide a green, scalable, and tech-driven solution to combat paper waste, deforestation, and pollution—starting with local communities, schools, and organizations.
